Importance of Healthy Diet
Everyone wants to have a healthy diet, but it is not
known which food and drink stuff is essential for us. We only know that oil,
Ghee, butter, sugar, etc. It is harmful to us, but it is not so. A limited
amount of everything is necessary for us. In this article, we are being told
what things you can eat that is useful in making you healthy.
A healthy diet not only benefits the patient, but
all people benefit from it. By following the daily diet table, you can make
your family healthy with yourself. So it is very important for you to know what
a healthy diet is. Let's know what a balanced diet is, and how your daily diet
should be to stay healthy.

Keep three main meals of the day such as
breakfast, lunch, and dinner of 300 to 350 calories.
o
Keep snacks and other things in the
remaining 300 calories.
o Eat green tea.
Soup:
o
Spinach, Tomato, Carrot, Loki, Mix
Vegetable all these soups is valuable for you.
Liquids:
o Thin buttermilk, coconut water, juice
(orange, mousami, etc.)
Vegetables:
o Green leafy vegetables, cabbage, pumpkin, Loki, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, carrots, bitter gourd, okra, capsicum, beans.
Use of Water:
Take 12 to 15 glasses of water. Do not take too much cold water. And take the maximum quantity of water at the time of day i.e. before 7 in the evening.
After this do not drink more than 1-2 glasses.
Oil
for Healthy Diet:
o 2
to 3 tsp. of oil, a day is enough for the body.
Fruits
are also important for a healthy Diet:
o Take 2 to 3 fruits daily. These are
helpful in transporting essential elements of your food to your body.
o Apple, papaya, orange, sweet lemon,
watermelon, peach, guava, plum, litchi all these fruits are healthy are good
for but do not take mango, grapes, Chiku and banana.
